Temperature: 320โ330ยฐF
Time: 15โ20 seconds
Pressure: Firm (as strong as your cap press allows)
Peel: Hot peel (remove carrier immediately)
For thick chenille patches: repress with a teflon sheet for 5โ7 seconds.
๐ For Shirts, Hoodies, Jackets, or Bags
Temperature: 320โ340ยฐF
Time: 12โ20 seconds
Pressure: Medium to firm
Peel: Hot peel (most common) or cold peel (test one first โ varies by adhesive type)

โ Pro Tips
Always pre-press fabric for 5โ7 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
Use a teflon sheet or parchment paper to protect stitches.
If applying to denim, canvas, or hoodies, press again from the back for 10โ15 seconds.
For nylon or polyester blends, lower temp to 285โ300ยฐF and press a bit longer.
Use heat tape to hold patches in place on curved surfaces (like hats).
