DTF is a process that transfers prints onto fabric or other substrates using a heat-press mechanism. The DTF process is as simple in its working as its name suggests – Print on a film and directly transfer onto fabric. The most prominent factor that makes this process worthy of use across a larger number of people is the freedom to choose almost any fabric. Be it polyester, cotton, silk or synthetic fibres like rayon or terrycot, the DTF printing process will definitely work its magic on them.

DTF Custom Transfers

ORDER MINIMUM

• A minimum of 3 sheets per order.

• If the order minimum is not met, your order will be placed on hold, and we will contact you and issue an invoice for the additional Transfers. Once payment is received, your order will be placed back in que for completion.

• Orders not meeting our guidelines and requirements will not receive refunds.

• WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ONLY STORE CREDITS! For all orders that have been processed (checkout completed, paid for), we will issue a store credit in the form of loyalty points (amount of the credit).

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING YOUR DESIGNS

• 300 DPI or larger or PNG transparent background

• Must send PNG ready to print TRANSPARENT image.

• Designs must be arranged on specified sheet size, sized and placed to be printed.

• Please ensure all transparent space is removed, and your image is not outside of the cut lines (purple dotted lines).

• Images outside of the cut lines will be cut off

• Files should be 300 dpi or higher anything less than this may not be clear or blurry.

• If images are less than 300 dpi the customer acknowledges this and accept the responsibility of the quality of my print

• TRUPRINTS only prints what is submit. TRUPRINTS WILL NOT MAKE ADJUSTMENTS OR MODIFICATIONS TO MY SUBMISSIONS.

• Upload PNG files (transparent background) & ready to print artwork only. TRUPRINTS WILL NOT be held liable for poor resolution images, what you send is what is printed

• When using the white background removal tool (removes ALL white) TRUPRINTS is not responsible for any missing pixels or image distortion. lines need to be a minimum weight of 2pts.

• Artwork is preferred in CMYK color format . No Pantone matching. TRUPRINTS will simply print what you upload NO COLOR ADJUSTMENTS ,

• DTF Transfer Policy: DTF Transfers are non-refundable. TRUPRINTS will not refund purchases due to user errors., however we will issue a store credit for qualified refunds. We will however replace defective transfers at the time they arrive. We will request photos of such defects to approve these claims WITHIN 24 HOURS of your prints being delivered.

• These are a no refunds/final sale item with the exception of defects before on arrival.

PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON ALL ORDERS. We offer store credits ONLY. Note: If the image is going to be on a dark shirt they need to be group together because that will consist of black powder and please specify when ordering, otherwise they will be done with the white powder. *Shipping is not included in the printing price, you will be responsible for shipping cost.*

DTF Transfer Application Instructions For HOT PEEL

· Heat Press is REQUIRED.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND CRICUT MANUAL PRESS OR IRONS

· Preheat garment to remove excess moisture.

· Align transfer and cover with parchment /butcher paper.

*Temperature: 320 degrees. FYI, My testing has been performed with Fancier Studio Press

You may need to increase temps based on your press

· Pressure: medium pressure

· Time: 20 seconds first press

· Remove Clear Film Allow Transfer to slightly cool

· 5 seconds 2nd press

DTF Transfer Application Instructions For Cold Peel

· Heat Press is REQUIRED.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND CRICUT MANUAL PRESS OR IRONS

· Preheat garment to remove excess moisture.

· Align transfer and cover with parchment /butcher paper.

*Temperature: 320 degrees. FYI, My testing has been performed with Fancier Studio Press

You may need to increase temps based on your press

· Pressure: medium pressure

· Time: 15 seconds first press

· Remove Clear Film Allow to completely cool

· 5 seconds 2nd press

• Turn Garment inside out

• Machine Wash Cold

• DO NOT BLEACH

• No Fabric Softener

• Tumble Dry

• Iron if needed medium heat (no steam directly to print)

• Do not dry clean

Once your order has been You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

• Please allow 2-4 business days for production, turnaround times vary on each order depending on the size.  

• This does not include shipping times. 

Processing Times for  Custom Orders

Custom Orders  (your custom design you have uploaded)

Please allow 3-5 business days for production, turn around times vary on individual orders.

• Understand if you are contacted about changes or issues with your design, you will have 24 hours to respond, unless you have paid for editing service. 

  • If you have been contacted with an issue with your file note Production time does not start until you have given the approval to move forward.

  • There are NO REFUNDS on DTF Transfers or Custom prints.
