Temperature: 320–330°F
Time: 15–20 seconds
Pressure: Firm (as strong as your cap press allows)
Peel: Hot peel (remove carrier immediately)
For thick chenille patches: repress with a teflon sheet for 5–7 seconds.
👕 For Shirts, Hoodies, Jackets, or Bags
Temperature: 320–340°F
Time: 12–20 seconds
Pressure: Medium to firm
Peel: Hot peel (most common) or cold peel (test one first — varies by adhesive type)

Always pre-press fabric for 5–7 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
Use a teflon sheet or parchment paper to protect stitches.
If applying to denim, canvas, or hoodies, press again from the back for 10–15 seconds.
For nylon or polyester blends, lower temp to 285–300°F and press a bit longer.
Use heat tape to hold patches in place on curved surfaces (like hats).
